Collada exporter for 3ds Max 9...I know it's been done to death.

Does anyone have a definitive answer on the usefulness of open collada for
3ds max 9? I keep getting runtime errors with animated models I've been
creating. The feeling software version is now premium only so far as I can
tell and open collada is producing unreliable results at best. Anyone know
of any resources or links where I can find a better exporter? (Since the
prevailing wisdom indicates this is the issue).

Anything anyone can tell me about the reliability/usability of opencollada
for 3ds max 9, would also be useful, as well as any workarounds etc.

Try ColladaMax 3.05C , it was working for me.
