problems spherical panoramic

hello everyone

I have some problems with panoramics made with a sphere.
The quality of texture is not very sharp. I mixe videos and pano together :
video outside and panoramic made with papervision and MovieMaterial because
there are hotspots and arow to placed in 3d.
each picture in equirectangular form are in 3072*1536 in png including in
the librairy of one swf. : my texture is applyed in one piece and note
tiles.
So here is some code I used.
The second problems is less of quality on the fluidity on the movment when I
use navigation with the buttons , I use onEnterFrame with Tweener
The third problems is the size of the video : around 5 Mo each one in H264
1024*768 too big and too many time to wait for

the problems is certainly in one of these two as3 code
